Our services are provided by O2 Systems and acquired directly from SAP CAL services. Clients are granted access for testing and for O2 Systems' commercial purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, O2 Systems shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. This includes any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of our Services after the changes become effective signifies your agreement to the new Terms.
