Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the system performance: one of more of the features we promised is missing, you are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

If your request is approved, refunds will be issued within 15 business days to the original method of payment.

Corrections to any issue will be provided, the duration of miss-performance will be offered as an extension your your plan (free of charge)

A rebate might be offered on your next invoice if accepted.

Only the first subscription period is eligible for a refund; subsequent renewals are not covered under this policy.

Subscription Cancellation
