Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not satisfied with the system performance: one of more of the features we promised is missing, you are eligible for a refund under the following conditions: Eligibility for Refund: You must notify us of your dissatisfaction within the first 30 days of your subscription period. The reasons for dissatisfaction should be clearly stated, specifically related to system performance, technical characteristics, or promised features. Refund Process: Submit a refund request via email to [contact@o2systems.com ] or through our online chat. Our customer service team will review your request and may require additional information to process your refund. If your request is approved, refunds will be issued within 15 business days to the original method of payment. Corrections to any issue will be provided, the duration of miss-performance will be offered as an extension your your plan (free of charge) A rebate might be offered on your next invoice if accepted. Conditions: The refund policy applies to both monthly and yearly subscriptions. Only the first subscription period is eligible for a refund; subsequent renewals are not covered under this policy. Refunds are not available for users who violate our terms of service or engage in fraudulent activities. Subscription Cancellation If you wish to cancel your subscription after the initial 30-day period, you can do so at any time.
